As a member of the Canadian Women’s Hockey team,Tessa Bonhomme knows how important it is to have the support of the fans.
So she and current Olympian Kallie Humphries, along with sponsor Proctor & Gamble, have created the P&G Family Home .
It will be a place for Canadian athletes in Sochi to go and have a little piece of home. As part of their effort to support Canadian Olympic athletes, Bonhomme and Humphries have been gathering messages of love and support from Canadians and sending them to the Family Home in Sochi.
“I was an Olympian in 2010 and I guess you could say I was spoiled,” Bonhomme told JNM Journal. “I had the luxury to have all this fan support at my finger tips – I could see it, I could hear it, I could feel it. ”
