Nineteen teams from 14 countries will compete for gold this weekend at the 2017 World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships in Mississauga, Ontario.
Representing Canada at this event; Burlington’s own silver medalists Nexxice Junior and Canadian champions Les Suprêmes Junior from St. Leonard, Quebec.
For a taste of what to expect, we visited during practice on Thursday and spoke to one of Team Canada 2’s captains:

Opening ceremonies begin at 5:30pm tomorrow, followed by the short program. Long program and finals begin at 3pm on Saturday, March 11.
