This week Toronto city council declined a motion to hold an emergency debate regarding an increase in shelter beds for the homeless. Here are some of the real people who are struggling to survive the winter on the streets of Toronto. While the voices you will hear are all men, there are women who are homeless. However none of the women we approached agreed to an interview.
