An early morning car accident just outside Sheridan College brought traffic to a standstill on Feb. 19.
The accident occurred at roughly 9 a.m. at the corner of White Oaks Blvd. and Trafalgar Rd., just outside the main entrance to Sheridan’s parking lot. Police arrived on the scene shortly after.
Three cars were involved. One fender was dented and another was smashed on the left side. Police report that there were no injuries.
Rush hour traffic wound back beyond Upper Middle Rd. The accident occurred in the left hand lane, forcing everyone to merge into one lane.
Many commuters to Sheridan were late for morning classes. The parking lot, normally full by 9 a.m, was only a third full by 9:30 a.m.
Drove all the way to Oakville, sat in an hour of traffic and there’s 2 people in class.
